To celebrate the 100th Anniversary of Rotary Club of Pasadena, we were tasked with building a Time Machine set piece.
From a thumbnail sketch we started to brainstorm how to bring it to life.
The Rotary sprocket served as the inspiration for our Iris doorway.
Set up and take down on a monthly basis required custom carts and stands so we could transport the time machine.
Having not found any existing iris doorway hardware, we invented and fabricated nearly everything from scratch.
Successful Time Machine set up! Great to have a Three Generation team!
